Howard Rogers, Managing Director
Howard is the driving force behind the whole team ensuring the business is focused on customer service, delivering the right design to the correct specification and costs.
Howard has been involved in the development of care homes since the early 1990s. Having specialised in the care sector for most of his career he has been involved in the design and construction of around 200 care homes throughout the UK. Also undertaking the estates and facilities management in a cross-section of homes within the care sector. He has seen vast changes in the design of care homes over the years and is actively involved in the latest design philosophies with many of the leading care operators in the sector.
Gareth Rogers, Construction Manager
As Construction Manager at Manor Park, Gareth works with the project teams and is responsible for delivering developments nationwide.
Since 2005 Gareth has been in the industry gaining key qualifications and a skillset to ensure the best possible project delivery. Throughout Gareth’s career, he effectively managed estates, facilities, challenging projects, care home construction and care home developments.
Outside of work, Gareth enjoys spending time with his young son, outdoor activities and mountain biking!
