Most surveys take a ‘helicopter’ view of the assets. At Manor Park, we offer a building focussed nuts and bolts review of the assets.

 

When considering potential acquisitions or when you want to understand in greater detail what the care home or homes may require in view of further investment.

 

Once the detailed review of the building has been completed, we produce a suggested capital expenditure plan usually over a period of three or five years. This plan includes all items flagged in the asset appraisal and will be costed individually to allow onward decision-making to take place.
